Card Gathering

We had lots of fun on Saturday making 4 cards using the retired Sonoma paper with the Butterfly quick card stamp. We also made the 3 cards previously posted.

Our next gathering dates: Scrapbooking 08.18 @1PM and Card Making 08.25 @ 1PM. The theme for the scrap gathering is travel.We will watch a brief video on the paper cutter how-to's. Participants are encouraged to bring 4-5 photos to aid their page design. We will be using the Cruisin paper from the previous idea book. We will make 3-4 cards for the card gathering to include a wedding, sympathy and 1-2 others.

For September's Scrap theme we will be creating pet pages using the Dakota paper pack. Should be cute!

Bonded Leather Scrapbooks for Sale

I've got 4 bonded leather scrapbooks for sale. I have 2 cream, 1 red and 1 purple. I'm charging $10 a piece.  I don't want to ship these but rather sell them locally.

Saturday July 28th 1PM Card Gathering

Summer is finally here! Yay!

I can't wait for the new CTMH Fall/Winter Catalog to be released. We will be focusing on holiday cards starting in September. This month we will be making a birthday, thank you and
congratulation cards.

A special thanks to Jackie West, Barb Chaney and Kay Serafin for placing orders with Close to My Heart.

The August Scrappy Club will be preparing 2 vacation/travel pages using paper from the "Cruising" paper packet and the "Going Places" and "Pack Your Bags". I will be designing these 2 pages in the next couple of weeks. The Scrappy Club meets next on Saturday August 18th at 1 PM.
